How to submit a bug to Matcha Support

Contacting Support to file a bug report

If you encounter an error, visual bug, or other glitch with Matcha, you can notify our team by contacting the Support team.

To submit a bug for Matcha to review:

  1. Click on the chat icon on the bottom right-hand corner.

  2. Say you want to file a bug in the chat.

  3. Request to talk to a person.

  4. Click on the button labeled "I want to submit a bug report"

  5. Be prepared to provide any relevant information:

    1. Screenshots

    2. URLs

    3. Expected behavior

    4. Device information

Once you've provided our team with all relevant information, we will troubleshoot on our end and engage with our team and escalate if needed.
