How long will my item take to ship?

  • You can view the estimated shipping time when browsing the individual item in the store

How can I track my item once I’ve purchased it?

  • All orders are tracked on the Slice store purchases page.

    • make sure your wallet that you purchased the item with is connected to the site.

    • orders will be updated with shipping information as soon as it’s available. **check product descriptions for shipping lead times.

What if my item is damaged or didn’t arrive? Do I get a refund?

  • We will issue refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to Support if you'd like to talk about a damaged item.

What countries do you ship to?

  • At this time, any and all. We’ll let you know if we can’t ship to you.

When will we see new products?
