To submit a bug for Matcha to review:
Click on the chat icon on the bottom right-hand corner.
Say you want to file a bug in the chat.
Request to talk to a person.
Click on the button labeled "I want to submit a bug report"
Be prepared to provide any relevant information:
Screenshots
URLs
Expected behavior
Device information
Once you've provided our team with all relevant information, we will troubleshoot on our end and engage with our team and escalate if needed.
